Windows is unable to format the drive

Sometimes there is a problem to format the removable drive. It happens when .ISO file  is flashed with etcher or some kinds of flasher softwares. I faced this problem yesterday. I tried and tried to format my pendrive. But windows said 'Windows is unable to format the drive. And I found a solution of this problem.

I downloaded Rufus . And It solves my problem today.To download it simply go here.

Step 1: Select non bootable in Boot Selection Menu.

Step 2: Click on Show Advanced Format Option. Make sure uncheck 'Check device for bad blocks.' Or it will consume your time.


Step 3: Click on Start and wait for finish.

What is Chlamydia:
Chlamydiae are distinguishable from all other organisms by a unique developmental cycle which involves transition between 2 major morphologic forms. The infectious particle, called the elementary body (EB), attaches to susceptible host cells and is ingested by a process akin to receptor mediated endocytosis. It enters the cell within an endosome and remains there throughout the cycle. Chlamydiae inhibit phagolysosomal fusion. Approximately 6 -8 hours after entering the cell the EB changes to the reticulate body (RB, sometimes called an initial body) . This represents the metabolically active and reproductive form of the organism. RBs are not infectious. They divide by binary fission up to approximately 48 hours into the infectious cycle. At some time between 24-48 hours, some of the RBs reorganize again into EBs and thus become infectious. Ultimately, the cell will burst and the EBs exit the host cell to infect new cells. The full cycle will take approximately 48 hours for the more virulent LGV biovar; and 72-96 hours for the trachoma biovar.

C. trachomatis strains can be divided into three biovars. The murine biovar, and isolates from swine that meet the taxonomic criteria for C. trachomatis do not infect humans and will not be discussed further. The trachoma biovar is a pathogen of columnar and squamocolumnar cells and thus causes disease at mucous membranes, where such cells are found. These sites include conjunctivae, urethra, the endocervical canal, fallopian tubes, gastrointestinal and respiratory tracts. The less common lymphogranuloma venereum (LGV) biovar is more virulent. It is more invasive and can cause disease in many tissues. LGV strains will infect epithelial cells as the primary lesion for this infection is often in the skin. The organism will subsequently invade draining lymph nodes and cause the formation of bubos. The 2 biovars are readily differentiated in the laboratory as LGV strains are capable of cell to cell transmission in cell culture and are capable of lethal infection following intracranial inoculation in mice while the trachoma biovar is not lethal for mice by this route and does not grow well in cell culture systems. It requires mechanical assistance (centrifugation) for efficient infection.

There are several aspects of C. trachomatis microbiology that are relevant to treatment. The organism is an obligate intracellular parasite and is metabolically active only after it enters the host cell. The infectious EB is metabolically inert, and thus not affected by antibiotics. Therefore, only antibiotics that penetrate cells will be effective against C. trachomatis. Because the developmental cycle is so long (typically 2 -4 days), long courses of therapy are required. In addition, although C. trachomatis is a bacterium, it does not contain a peptidoglycan layer (structural rigidity appears to depend on disulfide binding among at least three outer membrane proteins). A lack of peptidoglycan predicts that ß-lactam antibiotics will not be effective in treating chlamydial infections. Experience has shown that these drugs are not efficient in treating C. trachomatis infections, although high doses and long courses of therapy may be active. C. trachomatis does contain penicillin binding sites and in vitro the action of penicillin is to induce large irregularly shaped reticulate particles, as the antibiotics appear to interfere with the division process.

Treatment of Chlamydia:
Amoxicillin can be used to treat Chlamydia infections but one needs to take 500mg three times a day.

500 mg orally 3 times a day for 7 days in pregnant patients as an alternative to erythromycin in macrolide-sensitive individuals

Amoxicillin does not have reliable activity against Chlamydia trachomatis.

Using Nokia C5-00 as A Modem

Many people often face problem with Nokia C5-00 to use it as a modem. Nokia Suite give error massage. Modem is not found. To use Nokia C5-00 in pc as modem you have to connect charger before USB connection. Connect charger and ensure that phone's battery is charging. Then connect with pc usb cable. Connect to internet then.
Use charger and USB cable to flash Nokia C5-00. Otherwise, flashing may be dismissed.

How to Find Added Code by a Handler

In case you’ve been wondering how or you want to learn on how did Handler made his mods,well here you can see the codes that he inserted.

Steps
1. Using Winrar, extract d midlets, HandlerMod & d Unmodded

2. Open Windiff, go to File, Compare Directories, den in d textbox Dir 1, put the Unmodded midlet folder path, while on the Dir 2, the Handlermod folder path, click OK.

3. Now this is the result, the lines that has RED is different, while the BLACK is identical.

4. Now we are about to disect the codes, lets say, the db.class, open JD-GUI, then open the db.class of HandlerMod folder, and the db.class Unmodded folder. Select all the texts(source code) by pressing CTRL+A and CTRL+C, and paste it on Microsoft Word, do the same with the other one.

5. We should have the 2 codes pasted in Microsoft Word (db.class source code of HandlerMod folder and db.class source code of Unmodded folder), now save this file as Handler and unmodded, or which ever filename you like.

6. Open the Unmodd.doc, goto Tools, Compare & Merge Documents..

7. Select the file Handler.doc, and check the box Legal Blackline, then click Compare.

8. Then a new Document will pop-out, the BLUE colored text, are the added codes by handler. You may also see the texts that he added or deleted.

Remove java restriction of s60v3:

First download Java Restriction remover tools from here.

Extract all of these files to correct path-
1. MIDP2SECURITYPOLICYV2.DLL about (10.2kb) to C:\sys\bin\

2. MIDP2SECURITYPOLICYV2.DLL about (20b) to C:\sys\hash\

3. jtwi_r1.xpf and midp2_rp.xpf to C:\System\data\midp2\security\policy\ if the directory is not exist create manualy or simply copy midp2 folder in C:\System\data\.

With MIDP2SECURITYPOLICYV2.DLL you can run java apps without ask every time when you launce the apps.
Now, copy c2z.rmp file to patches folder in C drive or E drive root.
Now You need to run Rompatcer and hit c2z to make it green.
Back to application manager. Search for java apps installed.
Now you can edit security settings to always allowed. 

Then back to ROMPatcer disable c2z patch.

**Do same method for another java apps. If no matter found you don't need to run c2z patch again when you want to use java apps.

*** If above c2z is not working for you. Then you should create it yourself.

Download c2z patch creator to pc. Extract all files to a folder.

Apply patch open4all with Rom patcher. Open Xplore. Search for EFSrv.dll. Make a copy of it to memory card. transfer it to pc's c2z folder. Run c2z.exe. A file c2z.rmp will be created there. Now move or copy it to patches folder of Rom patcher in c or e drive root. Open Rom patcher and hit c2z to make it green tick.

In Nokia C5-00 EFSrv.dll is located in z:\sys\bin. You may find it in c:\sys\bin.

You may want to create a connection with GP MMS accesspoint. You cann't create it manually. Just open Nokia Suite latest version. Select use manual settings. In access point box type gpmms. Now connect with this setting. Go to Network and Sharing Center -> Network Connections. Right click on active connection naming with Handset. Create new copy of it. Now you can rename it. Now you will be able to connect pc to internet with Handset modem without opening Nokia suite. Now disconnect from Nokia Suite. Now select windows Connect to icon. Connect with that copy of setting.

But Kailina never dies in the past. At last the prince belongs to them who are creating sands rather than destructing them. But the prince wants to change his fate. In a catacombs he found a article written on the wall by Maharaja. By reading that he comes to learn that a mask of the Raith can give second chance to change his fate. By wearing the mask of the Raith anyone can travel through the past and can change his fate. After traveling through the past prince forces Kailina to the present. But he doesn’t want to kill her. Dahaka comes to kill Kailina. And the prince fights against Dahaka and saves them.

It is found in the middle of two doors of fog area when you are playing as a Raith. The first door’s switch is far from the door. However, going through the door go down. There is a switch for another door and a breakable wall too. Break it. Break the weapon rack and see what is that lightening green. Its the Glowing Sword. Its easy job. No need images.

Go through the wall. Jump to other side. There is switch on the wall of other side. Activate it. A block of stone will come out. Go on the stone, climb the wall and jump to hold the ledge. Go to the other side of the ledge and jump to the other wall. Go through the ledge and fall down in the middle of three sided walls. One wall is breakable. Break it. Break the weapon rack. It is Pink Flamingo!!!!!

There is a port for going to the Mechanical Pit (Present). There is a platform  goes up and down which don’t need to turn lever in present. Just going up in the room there are two doors. Go through the left door. There water’s falling on a pit. Go down. Drink water. There is a door which is breakable with Scorpion sword. Break it. There is a weapon rack. Break it. And it is teddy bear!!
