Teddy Bear:

After getting the Scorpion sword you have to go back to the empress room through Mechanical Pit (Past) area. Don’t go for empress room after drinking water. Go to the mechanical pit like before. There is a port for going to the Mechanical Pit (Present). There is a platform  goes up and down which don’t need to turn lever in present. Just going up in the room there are two doors. Go through the left door. There water’s falling on a pit. Go down. Drink water. There is a door which is breakable with Scorpion sword. Break it. There is a weapon rack. Break it. And it is teddy bear!!
